Uff..again I have forgotten about the “paranthas”..i cursed myself after getting down at ISBT..
I used to always forget about the food given by my mother to eat in b/w the way!!! & reyally..i can’t easily through that off..it is so bloody emotional to through off my mom’s food!!!!
After a continuous boarding residence of 13 years..mom’s food is like a deliquacy to me….
Anyways..as always..ISBT was like always,.crowded..smelling…(gosh!!! That was pathetic)..dusty..hot…& full of passangers & passers by..
I looked for hiring an auto,.gosh!!!there was a long queque in front of prepaid,...& number of autorickshaws were so less…even traffic police was unable to handle both the passengers & auto “walas”…
Somehow I managed to get into the line..& took the reciept..but getting that was not enough for getting an auto..
A traffic police was stopped beside me…beta” where do u wanna go…
Uncle, south ex-1,.i replied..
Ok beta..just stay by side..i’ll call u whenever an auto comes..he said!!!!
So…as no choice was left…I stood their with that heavy bag on my shoulder..
Now, my eyes were on “uncle”..but no autorickshaws were their…
“uncle” was again asking the same question 4m different passengers…
Beta..where do u wanna go”..he was asking some girl…..
My heart-mind-body were catching fumes & flames of agitation!!!!
The girl replied…south ex-1..
Inside my heart,“flames were turning into the fire of jealosy & aggression…..GOD!!!! I wanna scream over “uncle”..go find an auto..damn it!!!

Ohhhh!!!! Beta..r u both together”..he pointed towards me..
She turned over….
& my jealosy had a sudden melting point, after watching her…..
She was amazingly beautiful…she smiled towards me….
Hey!!! R u also going to south ex??? She asked..
Ohhh yeah..i replied (with a hint of imferiority complex)…
I m also going their yaar,.but there is no auto…see,.i m waiting 4m half n hour,.she said with a sense of knowningness..(every girl’s characterstic feature)
My “female antenna” got activated after listening some “exclusive female friendly” words like..”yaar”-tired-”painful”-journey-but enjoyed-home stay..”& we began to chat over……..
“Its so difficult to stand over here with this much load in my hand”..she pointed towards her big bag…
I know..i m also facing the same problem!!!!...i replied..!!!
Hey!!!! Look..there is an auto…she noticed green-yellow object which was more than 1 km away 4m us!!!
Oh yes yes…lets catch dat faster…my mind blinked!!!
Ya…come come…!!!she began to run…faster than me…..i quickly followed her…
But as always..i was not able to cross the road so fast…she had crossed..& was now standing at the partition…
Hey!!!!...come yaar…she shouted…
No I cant….u go yaar….i will come later…I said with a “disable” look on my face…
Stupid..u have to wait 4 another half n hour..come quickly..she yelled!!!
No plz.. I cant……u go yaar,.again I just can not manage to cross the road with heavy load on my back…
U crazy,.stupid female….stay there…m coming!!! She said…& after crossing the flip flops of traffic….
She was there..sweating-panting..with heavy carry bag.. just to help me crossing the road,.!!!
GOD!!! This girl is crazy!!! I don’t even know her..i thought in mind!!!
But like a responsible person she held my hand & helped me to cross over..
So there we were..holding hands..crossing road together..!!!!
Gosh..u dumbo..u’ll b run down by sm bus or car soon..what r u doing in delhi..how many years hv u spent here..????she said just to tease me!!!!
5 years….i replied..
Oh gosh!!!!! & u don’t kno to cross the road..how do u survive..???
“with the help of ppl like u..i said!!!
Haan haan beta….guys of delhi are always ready to help ur kinda girls!!!!she said again with a teasing note..
Anyhow..we managed to get into the coming auto….
We both were relaxed..& composed now!!! But her tongue seems to have learnt dancing skills….she was never silent,.since I met her..chirping…giggling…& teasing…..
U know what…farhan akhtar is coming today in select city walk….
Wow reyally…(hv to exaggerate the response)..

“That’s why yaar..i wanted to come early..but my mom naa…she always makes me emotional while leaving home….
……”I cud have seen farhaan..my friend had passes 4 dat show..u kno what, farhaan is different…”he rocked in “rock on”….guy..wat a different attitude..i love his husky voice yaar”..

..i was smiling at her..& praying to GOD to make her silent at least for a few minutes…
..i pretended to search 4 something by opening my bag….suddenly I was disturbed by sm loud voice of…”asma-hai-neela-kyu..paani-geela-geela-kyu-socha hai!!!!!” song…
I turned 2wards her…..
“Dats my fon!!!!!..she giggled..
Ohhhh…I said…!!!
she picked up the fon..
Haanji…boliye……oh yes……..ya…I m on my way……ya-ya……..no yaar…..plz cm in the evening…….yup……..no yaar……plz…..i can’t……..
Ok wait…..hang on 4 a sec!!!

Hey!!! R u in a hurry??? She asked me,.giving a break to the conversation over fon..
Yup……….no……why..??? I replied with a ‘diplomatic’ answer..
“actually yaar..i have to meet someone for 2 minutes in b/w the way!!!!! …its reyally urgent…she pleaded!!!
Ok…alright… but plz only for 2 minutes yaar…don’t make it 20…don’t make it even 5…..i replied!!!

..”Now he is saying that he is standing in front of jewellary shop..i can give measurement of ring there only........i said we can make the ring later…..ceramony is after 15 days…..but he never listens in these cases..he wants everything ready as soon as possible…
………ohhhhh…r u getting married…??? I asked her with excitement…..
Yup dear….wedding is on the cards..but right now engagement is happening after 15 days..she said with a happy smile!!!!!
…wow….i again said..& searched for some words in my “female vocabulary of shaadi-special” words!!!!
But her attention was now on auto driver…

Bas rajiv chowk metro station pe 2 minutes lagenge!!!..she was asking him..

Then she turned to me to speak something….but now I stopped her..it was my turn to speak now…..
“..hey!!! is’nt dat exciting that u r getting married…
Is that “arranged”..or ….”love”..i asked her with keeping a secret tone…

Wow….lucky you!!!!!..i said!!
“Ya dear…u can say that..my life is running on smooth track now…..but dear……let me tell u…..it was not so easy……I have been shattered..smashed..& completely devastated………..but now, u can say! time is favorable…
..”I m with him since 10 years..he was my best buddy in school….we were always together….best friends…& best ‘competitors’..be it sports..academics..music…anything!!!!we were the best in school…!!!
..she was floating in old memories..i was letting her float……..
“We have not even realized that we were in love……but when after school..he got away for higher studies…..

…mohit’s father was fixing his wedding with some other girl..as I belonged to lower caste than him..they were not ready to accept me…
..’thats a crap thing..i said with sarcasm in my voice..i don’t kno when indian society will accept that we all are equal human beings…

“Mohit argued…..but they emotionally blackmailed him…..poor guy!!! He was churning with emotions…I was shattered..but I let him go….
I can not see him like that……
Life seems a black hole…with no aim..no direction….i was completely smashed!!!!
Then…….one day some1 told me that mohit is hospitalized,.
“he had a serious nervous break-down…..
i rushed to the hospital…praying to GOD to save my mohit..
As I had reached their..
Mohit’s parents were there..they had been changed for their only son…
Half heartedly they were ready to accept me as their daughter-in-law to save their only son…..
……my father did’nt have any problem when his father talked about us………& now as u kno.. engagement is after 15 days….””

I looked at her…suddenly,. dat chirpy,.crazy female seemed to me.. most beautiful on this earth..with a glowing face..sparkling smile..& bright eyes!!!!!!

I saw a different glow on her face..parhaps love makes people different..more beautiful…..more glowing!!!
……I got out of the auto….got away from her…to give them privacy!!!!!

I saw mohit from dat distance..he was fair, handsome.,tall…..they were looking so cute,.happy..contended…together.. they were both waving at me..parhaps anushka has said him something about me!!!! They were Truly made-for-each-other !!! I closed my eyes for offering a silent prayer for them…………………..suddenly I heard a loud noise….which crackeled my bones…..earth seems to be spread apart with a loud bang……..I opened my eyes for some clue…..
There was complete destruction in front of my eyes….i saw some body parts lying on the ground…blood….cries…..screams….smoke……dust…………& rushing people……….i tried to search for anushka & mohit……..but they were nowhere…..
I felt pukish,..nausea was on its high………I felt to vomit something out…..i wanted to cry……but
my tongue seemed jammed………..infact none of my body part was working normally!!!!
….A sudden vertigo came….& I fell down…………………………………………………………………………….
……
I woke up in the hospital,.
My roommates,.manisha,kumud, & neha was there….they told me that how serial blasts had rocked delhi that evening…& I was identified by my college id card….luckily I did’nt get any injury as such…& doctor discharged me after sm routine prescription…my roomies helped me to get revived back to life!!!! I searched for anushka & mohit in hospitals…..but there were no records…..
I don’t know where is she now…dead or alive……but her rememberance always leaves a sad smile on my face…..i miss that chirpy, crazy,lively girl…with bright smile & gorgeous face….who held my hand 4 crossing roads…(damn it..i cant forget her touch)….who taught me about love…..& who taught me about destiny!!!!!
She made only one mistake…she had underestimated her enemies….her biggest enemy was the enemy of humanity…enemy of spirit..enemy of life!!!!!!
& mohit….the poor guy…who lived for love..& who loved 4 life…had finally found his beloved’s hand before separating!!!!!!
Goshhh…I miss them very much…….a very cute couple……GOD,.please give them life…please bless them with their togetherness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We....the Alternative DOCTORS

(my college FRIENDS will give me a "tight slap" for writing this title....)
let me begin...often people ask me...what r u doing..???..after replying them...most of them say...ohhh!!! so u r gonna b a DOCTOR...!!!!
& after passing hurdles of hesitations, i say them...yes!!!
...yup...m gonna be a doctor..of a field which is being criticized since its begining...for its minute doses..for its mechanism of action...& for its sweet pills....
But let me tell you people..who are unaware of the facts of homoeopathy...
it is the only system of medicine which affects the whole human body with the minutest dose possible to avoid the unnecessary aggravation of disease process..
( you can compare it with the quantity of various HORMONES..which is very low..yet affects the whole body very strongly...)
it acts through NERVES...more readily affecting the human body then any other route of administeration of medicines...
it considers the mind-body-soul as one or whole...thus treats the individual completely..
& it is often a misconception..that it acts very slow.....in some acute cases...homoeopathic medicines act very fast....provided the remedy selection is right...

The "missing" fridays...

Another friday we went missing from the attendance register of college...!!!!
today..i got up early..determined & firm dat i'll attend college today..pakka!! i'll attend all classes..hell to my "pretend-to-be-cool" friends!!!!
But manisha..most naughtiest of all,.started the conversation..
Hey!! cm'on guys..its PHOONK..the HORROR movie..she said with dat "exciting tone" which has become a characterstic of her now a days!!
we all looked at her...
first with an angry' note..
then..
again she said..."Cm'on guys..its our FINAL YEAR of college!!!
& with dat catalyst sentence...our mind blinked simultaneously...& without any hesitations..we all hurried for the exit door of classroom..so dat our teacher could not have a glimpse of ours!!!
LOOK...they are going again..one of our classmate said with a whispering note..
but who cares!!!!...& suddenly we stopped.."guys..we dont have enough money..i said!!!
my "ready-to-go" friends gave me a tired look...& calculated the amount..
yup its not enough...rahul said..!!!
so what..v'll borrow money(just check out the desperation)..i said again...
luk guys..v r gonna b late for the show...plz hurry..anita said..EDM is very far...& we cant rely on 543's service...
we all understood the "emergency" in her voice...(though usually we are very poor in UNDERSTANDING medicine..& takes pretty long time)
yup...& we rushed..luckily we got a 543...& were very happy to be on time...
we expressed it by grinning...giggling..showing teeth..& saying that."we never missed any movies first day-first show in final year!!...& we can open a "movie-review-squad".
but...but....but.....we were not aware of the danger that came afterwards......

'i m very nervous yaar....i dont kno v'll get the tickets or not...anita said again apprehensively!!
i said some 'consolation words'...DONT WORRY..v r gonna watch the movie..v also missed the few minutes of SINGH IS KINNG..u remember!!!..yet v hv enjoyed datt...
ya ya...but it's a HORROR movie...i dont wanna miss even a single scene...anita said!!
ok..ok..plz hurry...dont waste ur time in just talking..our "candidate-for-d-president" said.
we rushed & rushed & rushed....& reached to the 3rd floor....
we found there...manisha & sakshi standing....
SUDDENLY......
A SHRIEKING PIERCING VOICE CAME....
IT BUZZED INTO MY EARS..RENDERING THEM SMOKED !!!...
ALL LIGHTS WENT OFFF....
THERE WAS A COMPLETE BLACKOUT...
I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE ALL OF MY FRIENDS....
THAT GHOSTY VOICE BROKE MY HEART INTO UNCOUNTABLE PIECES!!!!
The intensity of voice was so pinching dat it crossed the "threshold-of -auditory-nerve"
..i shuddered with fear..with chills running on my back.....
suddenly i recognized that the voice is speaking something.....
i slowely tried to listen with goosebumps on my skin...
it said.... HI HA HA HA...U WANNA WATCH "PHOONK"...
ITS A NIGHT SHOW..ma'am..(as if asking us...why u came so early..its only 10:25 AM)
u all must hv understood..dat it was the voice of the guy sitting inside ticket counter....
...we all looked at manisha.....
& SHE FAINTED (..not practically..but just 4 saving herself 4m our "piercing eyes"..she faked to faint.."that crazy female" !!! )..
anyways..we were practically very exhausted & tired...
but...no-no-no...who wanted to return to college.....this incident only made us "more DESPERATE" for watching movie..
we were ready to do any "Hell-of-thing"....

Good news for lady doctors holding BHMS/BAMS degree

700 ayurvedic, homeo lady doctors for female patients
SOON LADY doctors holding BHMS and BAMS degrees will examine female patients visiting government hospitals. The Health Department has decided to recruit around 700 such lady doctors on contract basis.
Secretary, Medical Health Rajiv Kapoor said a large number of female patients visited government hospitals every day for treatment of various diseases as well as for gynaecological consultations. “They feel shy consulting male doctors. On the other hand the Health Department is facing a shortage allopathic lady doctors. Though the BHMS/BAMS doctors have no experience of delivery, they will at least examine the patients and prescribe the required drug”, he said.
“These doctors would get a fixed salary of Rs 10,000 per month. The Health Department has already recruited 54 BHMS/BAMS doctors”, he said. An officer of the Health Department said that the department was facing acute crisis of allopathic doctors with a large number of posts lying vacant. According to the government data, out of the 11,369 sanctioned posts of Provincial Medical Services, 2316 posts were lying vacant. The number of vacant posts was increasing each month with retirement of the doctors. Several primary health centers and health posts were locked due to unavailability of doctors.
In 2005-06 the Health Department had sent a proposal to the UP Public Service Commission for the recruitment of 2400 doctors in the Provincial Medical Services. The Commission gave approval for the appointment of 1600 doctors, while around 400 doctors were kept on waiting list.
To fill the gap the Health Department decided to recruit 1,400 allopathic doctors on contract basis. But the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court stalled the recruitment process and directed the Health Department to get the recruitment processed through Public Service Commission.
Finding no other option the Health Department has decided to recruit doctors from the homeopathy and ayurveda disciplines. Director Homeopathy, Prof BN Singh said there were enough doctors in homeopathy and ayurveda disciplines to fill up the vacant posts. “Posting of the BHMS/BAMS doctors at government hospitals would lead to the spread of traditional medicine system. People would realize the importance of homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine”, he said.
“Under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) all the disciplines of medicine including allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda and unani would be brought under one roof”, Singh said

But the weeks preceding independence day,have probably changed the ground realities in J& K.The state has confounded old politics,it is being burnt in order to attain political satisfaction of old politics.
Ask the valley's regional politicians whether they care about the costs of keeping "india" out as they agitate about the "price" of being in india.

A more intelligent & technical approach is needed for a highly evolved & modern security system.
Better intelligence cervices with no probe of corruption& politics should be incorporated.

Q4.Growth versus inflation debate..
In recent months,a real possibilityhas developed that the national economic tempo may get badly bruised,the hard economic reasons for this are temporary events & some like high commodity price.
the big question is: can a new kind of politics emerge to prevent recurrence??

Q5.OLYMPIC GALA versus COMMONWEALTH GAMES..
China's olympic is marking a step-up in its global & regional power projections.It has presented its olympian ambitions to the world.
A change india is badly unprepared for is Commonwealth games,which is going to be held in india in other 1 & 1/2 years..
